In the event that no vehicle is available for your booking, we will arrange the next higher capacity vehicle at no additional cost, unless a specific vehicle type is requested. During peak seasons or hours, if there is a shortage of vehicles, we may provide a higher seating capacity vehicle at no extra charge.
Additionally, for your convenience, we offer additional pickups at a nominal fee of $10-$20, depending on the distance. We also apply a surcharge of $10 for services between 11:00 PM and 6:30 AM, known as the Midnight Surcharge.
Moreover, pickups in distant areas such as Jurong Island and Tuas incur an additional charge of SGD$10 to SGD$30. We also provide a grace waiting time of 15 minutes for one-way transfers and 60 minutes for Arrival pickups, after which a fee of SGD$15 is charged for every 15 minutes of waiting.
During Public Holidays or Peak Seasons, an additional surcharge of SGD$10 is applied. This ensures that we can maintain our high level of service during these busy periods.

During Public Holidays or Peak Seasons, a surcharge of SGD$10 is applied. This allows us to maintain our high level of service during these busy periods, ensuring that you can travel with us confidently and comfortably.
Grace waiting time
(15 minutes for 1 Way transfer) / (60 minutes for Arrival – once the flight/ferry has landed/arrive) thereafter SGD $15 for every 15 minutes waiting after grace time
